Terms & Conditions

The Playbook is an online community platform for Disney and Universal theme park enthusiasts, operated by The Jobs a Game LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). The platform is accessible at thejobsagame.com/forum and includes community forums, planning tools, and premium features.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use The Playbook. By signing up, you confirm that you are 18 or older. We reserve the right to terminate any account found to belong to a person under 18.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to:

• -Provide accurate information when creating your account
• -Not share your account with others
• -Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• -Use only one account per person

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

All payments are processed through Stripe on behalf of The Jobs a Game LLC. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

Monthly Plans: No partial refunds. Your access continues through the end of the paid period, after which it will not renew.

Annual Plans: In accordance with New York General Business Law and applicable auto-renewal regulations, you will receive notice before your annual plan renews. If you cancel within 30 days of an annual renewal charge, you are entitled to a prorated refund for the unused months remaining.

Founding Members: As a one-time purchase, no refunds are issued after 14 days from the date of purchase.

Premium features are provided on an "as available" basis. We may add, modify, or discontinue features over time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify members of significant changes. Continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance.

Founding Members: While we commit to providing lifetime access to premium features, in the event the platform is discontinued entirely, this obligation will be considered fulfilled. We will provide at least 90 days notice of any platform shutdown.

You agree not to post content that is:

• -Harassing, abusive, or threatening toward other members
• -Spam, promotional material, or off-topic advertising
• -False, misleading, or defamatory
• -In violation of any third-party intellectual property rights
• -Illegal under applicable law

You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting, you grant The Jobs a Game LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your content on the platform and to moderate, remove, or archive it as necessary to operate the service.

We may draw on general themes, community pain points, and topics discussed on the platform for our own social media and marketing content. We will not directly attribute or quote individual member posts without permission.

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting us at hello@thejobsagame.com. Upon receiving your request:

• -Your account will be deactivated within 5 business days
• -Your personal information will be deleted within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements
• -Community content may be retained in anonymized form or removed upon your explicit request
• -Active paid subscriptions will not be automatically refunded, standard refund terms in Section 5 apply

Founding Member status is non-transferable and will be permanently forfeited upon account deletion.

The Playbook may contain links to third-party websites, including those of Disney, Universal, travel vendors, and member-shared resources. These links are provided for convenience only. We do not control, endorse, or take responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of any third-party websites. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk.

The Jobs a Game LLC complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. Section 512). If you believe content on The Playbook infringes your copyright, submit a takedown notice to our designated agent:

Your notice must include identification of the copyrighted work, location of the infringing material, your contact information, a good faith statement, a perjury statement, and your signature. Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.

The Playbook includes an XP system, levels, badges, and leaderboards for engagement purposes only. These have no monetary value. We reserve the right to adjust XP values, level thresholds, badge criteria, and leaderboard mechanics at any time.

All platform design, branding, code, and original content created by The Jobs a Game LLC is our exclusive property. "The Playbook" and "The Jobs a Game" are trademarks of The Jobs a Game LLC.

The Playbook is an independent community platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Walt Disney Company, Universal Parks & Resorts, or any of their affiliates.

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Jobs a Game LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The Jobs a Game LLC, its members, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to:

• -Your use of the platform
• -Content you post or submit
• -Your violation of these Terms
• -Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights

The Jobs a Game LLC will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, internet or infrastructure outages, third-party service failures, cyberattacks, or other events outside our control.

Informal Resolution: Before filing any formal claim, contact us at hello@thejobsagame.com and give us 30 days to resolve the dispute informally.

Arbitration: Unresolved disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the AAA under its Consumer Arbitration Rules in New York, New York. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

Class Action Waiver: All disputes will be resolved on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. For matters not subject to arbitration, you consent to exclusive jurisdiction in New York, New York.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on the platform or emailing your registered address. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
